We have produced small brass parts for the automotive and motorcycle industry for decades, on auto lathes that keep quality consistent across high volumes.
Inspection of Turned Parts
Small turned parts depend on tight tolerances. Every lot is checked in our in-house quality room before shipment, using a Dura Max 5/5/5 3D CMM, PH-3500 and IM-7500 profile projectors, digital measuring tools, pin gauges, and thread gauges (screw plug and ring gauges).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you machine larger parts?
Our auto lathes are best suited to small parts up to Ø20 mm in diameter, which is where we are strongest. For larger parts, send us the drawing and our team will assess it.
Do you take small runs or one-off parts?
Auto lathes are most cost-effective for recurring production, so our minimum order is approximately 5,000–10,000 pieces per item, depending on the part.
Besides brass, what materials can you turn?
Brass is our main specialty. For other materials such as copper, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, send the drawing with the material specified and we will check it.
Can you work from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Send a physical sample, or photos with dimensions, and our team will review it and quote.
How do you inspect turned parts?
Every lot is inspected before shipment in our quality room, using a 3D CMM, profile projectors, and thread gauges, under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
