Stamping Dies Made In-House
Our dies shop designs and builds molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures for stamping, and maintains dies inside the factory. When a die wears or needs adjustment, we handle it right away instead of sending it out, which keeps production running.
Materials & Volumes
We stamp a range of sheet metals, including steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, for recurring production with a minimum order of approximately 5,000–10,000 pieces per item. Total factory capacity is approximately 30,000 pieces per month.
Inspection of Stamped Parts
Every lot of stamped parts is checked in our quality room with a 3D CMM, profile projectors, and digital measuring tools, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certified by URS for the manufacture of stamping parts for the automotive industry.
